The MSC ALOT Big-Little Mentorship Program was formed for the benefit of the freshmen. The program is designed to allow freshmen to have another resource in college and MSC ALOT to help transition them to this new chapter of their lives. Littles, freshmen, are paired with a Big Staff member of MSC ALOT. Together, the Big-Little relationship grows throughout the year through hang-outs, TAMU events, and FLO events. The goal of the program is to allow the freshmen to have an unbiased friend to go to and get help from, helping make their freshmen experience even better.
